Job Qualifications
- 2+ Years property & casualty insurance experience preferred, though not required
- Analytical thinkers. Must to able to use underwriting tools to determine acceptability of the risk presented
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- A sense of urgency is essential to meet deadlines and client needs
- Ability to develop relationships with our clients and insurance carriers
- Develop strong rapport with retail insurance agents to increase production and build commitment to our product
Position – Customer Service Representative
We are seeking ambitious team players to work in our growing Transportation Wholesale Agency. We offer a professional work environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance. The Customer Service Representative will assist the underwriting team with new business submissions, handling of office mail, incoming customer service calls and clerical support. Candidates should possess the following skills:
